All products are subject to availability. Our pieces are handcrafted, so size, finish and colour can differ slightly from the photos and from one piece to the next. Photos are for guidance and screens show colours differently.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR). We may change prices, descriptions and specifications at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one we confirm with you when we accept it. Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed at the same time.

Adding items to the cart and choosing “Place order on WhatsApp” sends us a request to buy. It is not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only when we confirm it to you, after checking availability, price and delivery details with you.

Please make sure your name, phone number and delivery address are correct, as we use them to deliver your order.

We tell you the accepted payment methods when we confirm your order. We start processing and dispatching an order after your payment is confirmed. We never ask for card PINs, OTPs or passwords.

Delivery time and charges depend on your location and are confirmed when your order is confirmed. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If an order is delayed because the address or phone number was incorrect or nobody could receive it, additional charges may apply.

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos and we will work with you to resolve it.

We may cancel or refuse an order, for example because of a pricing or listing error, an item being out of stock, or suspected fraud or misuse. If you have already paid for an order we cancel, we will refund that payment.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with it or attempt to misuse it. All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to MS ENTERPRISE or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
